Support

# If something is stuck, start here.

Restore a purchase, export a backup, or write us. This is the help page — not a tip jar.

## Write the house

Email [info@rhymaun.com](mailto:info@rhymaun.com) . Please do not send health, financial, child, or app-backup files unless we ask for a specific screenshot.

## Common questions

How do I restore an in-app purchase?

On the same Apple ID you used to buy, open the app, go to its Pro, paywall, or collection screen, and tap Restore. Apple handles the receipt. If nothing returns, check Settings → \[your name\] → Media & Purchases, then write us with the app name, app version, iOS version, and the exact message you see.

How do I export or back up my data?

RainyDay Jar, TuckTag, BiteSoon Pro, and Hearthling Caretaker can export JSON. Payoff Path and Nestling Care Pro can export CSV. Exports stay on your device until you choose to share the file. There is no cloud backup from us.

What if I get a new iPhone?

Purchases restore through the App Store. On-device logs do not move unless you exported them first. That is the trade for keeping baby logs, kitchens, and bins off our servers.

Do I need an account?

No. The apps do not ask you to sign up. Purchases go through Apple. This website does not require an account to read or download the free starter files.

Where do I get the picture books?

All thirteen picture books are available on Apple Books. Three book cards also link to verified Kindle editions; a paperback option is shown where available. Check the collection for current editions and open the retailer listing for your regional price.

## If the work is useful

The most useful support is still buying a book, leaving an honest review, or telling another family about a title that helped. House Rhymaun is not a charity.
